How do I contact you?

You can also give us a call or shoot us a text at +1 (303)-408-5852. During our standard business hours, we’re available and quick to respond (typically within minutes!). Outside of standard business hours, we usually reply in a couple of hours.

Do you consult for groups?

Yes! This is our bread and butter. Our past clients include everything from groups of friends and family to student groups— fraternities, sororities, and other college groups and clubs.

When I click a deal on the site it tells me the price has gone up! Why?

Because we’re searching thousands of travel sites at once, sometimes there are accuracy issues from the information we’re receiving from our partners. Either the site isn’t updating their inventory with us or another traveler has booked the last available seat.

What drawbacks can your partners have?

Our partners, especially smaller ones, can often lack customer support. This can range from international and small call centers to high fees if you need to change or cancel your plans. In addition, having a middleman can complicate any mishaps because airlines will tell you to coordinate any issues through our partners rather than directly with the airline or hotel. Of course, this lack of support is part of how our partners offer lower fares to begin with.

Because we only work with accredited partners 99% there is never an issue; however, if something does come up feel free to reach out, we are here to help. If there is a high chance you need to change or modify your ticket we suggest booking with our larger partners such as Expedia.com, Kiwi.com, airbnb.com or directly with the airline. With our larger partners you can often modify your ticket or hotel stay directly on their website or over live chat.

What services do you offer?

We offer travel consulting, miles and points/credit card consulting (how to use miles and points and establish credit for those who are interested in travel), and group travel consulting. We also plan and book everything from airfare, to hotels, to cruise, to car rentals. We’ll plan, book, and modify reservations if necessary.

How do you have access to lower rates?

We are part of a private network that includes thousands of contracts for air, hotel, cruise, rental car, and group rates. These rates will be lower than any price that is on the market. We are not allowed to publish these rates on our website. Please reach out for more information.

Will I get scammed by your trusted partners?

If you’re worried that our partners will take your money and not let you fly or stay at a hotel, don’t be.

All of our partners are vetted and trusted; we only work with accredited agencies. The worst you can expect is that, on occasion, you purchased a fare that no longer existed when you bought it. If that happens, they will reach out to you (almost always within 48 hours or less) to tell you your ticket can’t be sold at that price. At that point, you’re given the option to either purchase at a higher price or have the entire transaction voided and your money refunded.
